This book is interesting, but not fully successful. The style is simple, so at times I felt I was reading a piece for younger readers. It doesn't have enough emotional weight to work as a novel nor does it have enough specific detail to approach anything like nonfiction.

What a fascinating story about Mary Shelley. This book was so much fun to read, and I couldn't put it down. Very interesting look at Mary Shelley's life from a fictional stand point.
