If you're a chili lover, this is gonna be your jam! You learn more about the entire history of chili and I really like that it included information on how to store leftovers + also lets you know if the recipe is slow-cooker-friendly. Each recipe includes an intro, serving size, ingredient list, and instructions.

What an incredible culinary history! One rarely stops to consider from just where their favorite chili recipe comes, but it is easy--and fun!--through Walsh's book to discover that your recipes differs from everyone else's for a very good reason: chili--chille, chile, variations are endless here as well--could be the most international food out there. Read all about it and collect parts of its unique history and social influences as well as numerous world-wide recipes.
