I really enjoyed this novel. Dan is a woman in a man's world who provides a fresh take on an often tired genre. As she investigates an unusual death on a nuclear submarine, she faces both the adversity of solving the case and being a woman in a male dominated environment. This is a promising start to a series that I can't wait to read the next installment of!
