I'm not a runner, but this book kind of makes me wish I was. Foreman describes his "re-entry" into running, which became a full=blown obsession. His description of the training required for an ultra-marathon is not for the faint of heart, but he also shows how family can be united with a common goal or interest. I enjoyed his chronicle into the year of his "running dangerously", and may be inspired to try to start training for a 5K again...
