Although this book has some years on it, the basics of the principles still hold true.

I enjoyed the full person approach of this book in that weight isn't just a food and exercise thing, but a full body experience. If you are unhealthy in any aspect of your life it can cause weight gain and unhealthy habits.

I am in the middle of the first 30 days and the plan of what to focus on each day really makes me think about my whole self health. I am not following the food plan as closely because I tend to be a picky eater and I didn't love a lot of the ingredients or recipes, but the charts of suggestions at the beginning have changed my eating habits completely.

I would recommend this book to those who have tried all the things, but really want a lifestyle to adopt that can help start a change.
