This book made me laugh! I hadn't read a Lisa Kleypas novel in a long time (I loved her Wallflower series) and this was a wonderful breath of fresh air. Her heroine is wedding planner Avery, who falls in love with the oh so sexy Joe. Avery tries to ignore the fire flaming up between them... but it can't be tamed.

I hadn't read any of the other books in this series, but I just might! Coco. Sofia. Steven. Avery. And of course Joe. Their story was fantastic!

PS: A man who proposes with puppies... how perfect is that?! ;)

The minute Joe came into the book he oozed manly man, I pictured Sam Elliot for some reason. I felt for Avery because she is afraid but also has a blunt way of trying to protect herself despite the advice of those close to her. Another wonderful romantic story by Lisa Kleypas.
