So I hovered between 3 and 4 stars for this book but I think only because the back story was so in depth that we just got to the good bit when the book ended. The characters were extremely complex, set in the modern day.

DNF. Story and characters were interesting enough, but found myself in the wrong reading mood for the story. May pick up again later. No rating.
