This was definitely different from some of the books that I normally read. That is not necessarily a bad thing. Liv can talk to the dead when she touches them. Liv works in the morgue which allows this story to work. I felt like the characters were not easy to become invested in and that they were more concerned in hurting others than helping them. Liv is in love with Adam who she is hiding in the funeral home because he has been accused of murder. This book was an interesting read and if you like this type of book then definitely read it!

Liv has the ability to talk to the dead, which she discovered in her after school job at the mortuary. When her crush Adam escapes from jail after being charged with the murder of his friend, his ex-girlfriend winds up dead, with Adam as the main suspect.

Liv decides to use her powers to help Adam and stop the murders from happening.

Weirdly funny and mysterious.
