The premise for this book is interesting (and the narration good) but the anti-hero is too despicable and I couldn't stomach the 50 shades of torture porn that takes up a majority of the story's backdrop. It wasn't an enjoyable reading/listening experience for me which is a shame because there were moments when the story was quite engaging.
