This is the third book in the Second Chance series by Jessica Lemmon and I am so glad that she gave us a good Christmas read with this one. In this story we meet Connor and Faith.

Connor and Faith are good friends. Faith has her eyes on Connor and Connor has his eye on Faith. Faith has just gotten out of a bad relationship with her ex and is not sure she is ready for another man just yet. Connor is just returning from a tour in Afghanistan and has a lot of baggage from his time away.

It just so happens that Faith and Connor end up getting snowed in together. Swoon. I love when couples are thrown together for an extended period of time. The chemistry between Connor and Faith is unmistakable and one that people are envious of. I thought Jessica Lemmon did a great job of making these two go from friends to lovers over a matter of time. I was actually sad to see their story come to an end but look forward to more in the Second Chance series! Well done Jessica Lemmon!
