This is a different take on angels. These angels are just evil. This is told through multiple povs. It started a little slow and the ending felt a little abrupt but overall it was a good story.

"Angel Burn" delivers a riveting twist on traditional angel lore, plunging readers into a world where celestial beings are far from benevolent. L.A. Weatherly's imaginative reimagining of angels as sinister predators sets a gripping tone from the outset. Through Willow and Alex, Weatherly crafts compelling protagonists who navigate a treacherous landscape of danger and deception. Willow's clairvoyant abilities add layers of intrigue, while Alex's evolution from assassin to protector adds depth to their burgeoning relationship. With relentless action and genuine emotion, "Angel Burn" captivates from start to finish, offering a fresh take on paranormal romance that will leave readers eagerly anticipating the next installment.

"Angel Burn" is about Willow, a young girl with great powers, and Alex, a young man who is trained to hunt angels down and kill them. They fall in love, but Alex knows that the angels are not what they seem and are capable of terrible things. Willow is an ordinary girl with an extraordinary gift, and she must use it to save herself and the ones she loves. This novel is brilliantly written and full of action and romance.
I love the book because it is a beautifully written story with romance, action, and a great plot. It is full of twists and turns that will keep you gripped until the end.

This is a fun, quick read. I do wish the book had had more depth, but it was the perfect pool/beach read for when you just want to unwind. The characters are all Hottie McHotties, which is nice because you can just imagine the TV series it could become as you read, and the Alex and Willow dynamic is what you'd expect from YA, if intense and unbelievable now that I'm no longer an adolescent. It was fine, but just not totally my cup of tea and probably not a series I will likely continue with.

A fun and quick read. It wasn't the best angel them book I read but it hold on it owns..
Willow and Alex are quite the pair and very unique characters so it was cool reading about them
If you are into angel on earth as angelfall I think this is a good choice for you. It doesnt bring any new to the table but is pleasant read.

This is just to say that I don't have this book on my kindle and I am trying to clean up my netgalley. It not really a review.. The star doesn't many anything but it won't let do anything if I don't put one.
