Good Reference for middle and high school students. My elementary library would not purchase this ONLY because of the age of my students. It would be a good addition for middle and high school libraries in that it reinforces the importance of grammar knowledge as well as "accepted and expected" practices in the professional realm.

This might be a good secretarial handbook but I couldn't say for sure, since I never got beyond the second chapter. The first two chapters are full of pseudo-psychology, have nothing to do with being a secretary, and basically seem like an advertisement for some sort of self-help program. Perhaps if someone reads through the book in its entirety, they might find it useful. I fortunately I couldn't and didn't.
