I have to admit, that I have learned that I do not like fish sauce. I am hoping that does not bias my review, but I didn't love this book either. There aren't always photos, and though it's interesting to see the recipes from various chefs, it does create consistency issues. This one is more for dedicated cooks, not for newcomers.
