Auden is a college student who just lost her soccer scholarship and is trying to process her future. Her friends decide to cheer her up and take her out for the night. While on this night out, Auden meets a hot guy, but doesn't take a chance. Given the opportunity to translate Russian for a minor league hockey player, Aleksandr, Auden realizes he's the hot guy from the night out.

The relationship between Aleksandr and Auden is a little underdeveloped for me. It needed a little more flushed out since he immediately went from being a kind of a jerk to being a dreamboat seemed too sudden. I enjoyed that the characters shared some trauma bonding, but I needed more. Perhaps the remainder of the series could provide some of this.

I enjoyed the book the plot and character entertaining and it kept me interested the whole time would read this author again

I love this series. This was the first one to get me interested in Sports Romance novels. I love the Pilots Hockey players. They all have issues but we can't help love them. In my opinion give all the books in the series at 5 star rating!!!!

I loved this hockey themed romance! I had the chance to work on it before publication and it's improved even more since then! Very hot, very well written, with great main characters.
