As an ME sufferer I get very excited when books come out that I get a chance to read and review in the hope that it may be able to help me or someone else. Sadly this book just didnt do it for me and I wasn't able to persevere. I am sorry and wont be leaving a post on my blog. I really hope it is a great success and helps others.
