There's lots of good advice in this book, and I already knew about and did most of it. I have seen firsthand how switching to a keto diet (not something recommended here but comprising a lot of the same components) has helped me with my focus and thinking, along with practices like meditation, mindfulness, exercise, eating natural foods, etc. That said, I disagree with the concept of a magical three week window and some readers may be put off by some of the author's beliefs about subjects like antidepressants and spirituality.

Very helpful and informative with great easy to use tips. Thanks to netgalley and the publisher for an advance copy.

I was drawn in by the first part of the title. Brain fog is a thing that afflicts me for specific days during my cycle. I neglected to notice the "in 3 weeks" which would have clued me in that this was not a book I'd like. Dow suggests that medicines (which are crucial for so many people) are the problem, toxins and their build up is a thing that's real (detoxing is a shell of an idea), and that I should focus on my spirituality more. This all adds up to a popular nonsense spin on top of the very basic advice which we all know-eat well, sleep more, and keeping calm will make you feel better.

I didn't connect with this book and didn't finish it. I won't leave a review anywhere. Thank you for the opportunity though

As an ME sufferer I get very excited when books come out that I get a chance to read and review in the hope that it may be able to help me or someone else. Sadly this book just didnt do it for me and I wasn't able to persevere. I am sorry and wont be leaving a post on my blog. I really hope it is a great success and helps others.
