I have been studying the chakra system for years. This book, as the title states, is a complete book on the chakras. In section 1, the author not only includes the traditional Hindu system, but less known systems as well. The second section goes into more detail about working with the chakras. I found it interesting that she discusses animals and the earth as having chakras. It is a large volume, but the information is presented in an easy-to-follow format. If you like Anodea Judith’s work with chakras, you will enjoy this book.
