Love this. Have yet to ever be disappointed in a book by C.C.

This is a lovely view back into a world I've loved since day one.

(I received a free copy of this book from Net Galley in exchange for an honest review.)

Hidden from the human world, Shadow Falls is a secret camp for teens with supernatural powers. But for four very different teens, it's much more than just a camp-it's where their destinies will unfold.
Independent and strong-willed Della Tsang didn't believe in vampires...until she became one. Chase Tallman is the newest member of Shadow Falls, but what made him into the sexy, mysterious vampire he is today? And what led him to Della Tsang? For Miranda Kane, magic has always been something she's struggled with-until she finally has a chance to prove herself a witch to be reckoned with. And for Fredericka Lakota, the one guy who challenges her the most will lead her to the life she's always wanted.

This is a collection of four novellas from C.C. Hunter's original series, Shadow Falls, and the spinoff, Shadow Falls: After Dark. It would be highly recommended that the reader has some knowledge of the Shadow Falls series before reading these novellas.

As individual stories that help fill out the series, this is a pretty good collection of tales.
As a collection of 5 short stories/novellas, it is pretty useless unless you have read all off the other books that there stories fit in between. Otherwise nothing makes sense.

Out of the 5 stories presented here, I would say 'Fierce' was my favourite - mostly because it hadn't been available previously. The others were pretty mundane and didn't really do anything more than give backstory to various characters.

Overall, it was good enough - but not something I would recommend UNLESS the original series had been read.

I read this a while ago and neglected to review, so the details are fuzzy. BUT I love the Shadow Falls characters and concept, and every book has been a fun, enjoyable read with endearing characters, plenty of adventure, and a unique concept that really works for me. I always recommend C C Hunter!

Fantastic read with brilliant characters. I loved the story. Felt like I was there with them. 5*. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced copy of this book from netgalley.
