When Ava’s father died unexpectedly, she’s sent from Earth to the Elie moon colony Luna to live with her father’s adoptive brother, who is to be her guardian for ten months until she turns 21 and receives her inheritance. The only problem is her uncle turns out to be a smoking hot 32-year-old and Ava finds it hard to hide her growing attraction to him.

This is one of those books I requested ages ago on a whim through NetGalley and because it’s a novella and one that’s more erotic in nature, I didn’t really know what to expect in both story style and writing competence (as previously I haven’t had much luck with this kind of genre). However, I was happy with the writing and the story definitely kept me hooked. It was easy to fly through in one sitting and the chemistry was top notch. There was definitely a bit of instal-love here but with this kind of story, it’s just what you expect so I didn’t fault it. I think i will continue with this trilogy as I know the other books are based around different characters, though I hope Ava and Nic pop up now and again!
