A beautiful lifestyle guide in the style of Kate Spade. Full of advice on etiquette, fashion, and ways to make each day a little bit more lovely. While I don't see myself whittling my wardrobe down to ten items, her advice to keep only what fits and makes you feel beautiful is useful. Mindfulness is something that has been discussed at every level from primary schools all the way up to boardrooms, but the tips here are easy to follow and practical. Many lessons from this have stayed with me and the anecdotal style made it a pleasure to read.
Thank you to Net Galley for the advance copy.
I absolutely love all of Jennifer's books and this one is exceptional as well. Has great tips and stories on being a woman with poise, culture and honor.
I have read every Madame Chic book from beginning to end and I can’t get enough! The tips are amazing, the details are exquisite, and the books are so well written. The artwork is chic and very well thought out! I can’t wait for more Madame Chic books in the future! I recommend to all family and friends through social media!
This was another okay installment in the Madame Chic series of nonfiction advice books. I found this one to be less helpful than the first two. The advice is starting to feel a bit repetitive and I felt like there was less meat to be had in this book. I'd recommend the first two books to those who are interested in etiquette, but this one wasn't nearly as useful as it was filled with things that are common sense rather than profound.
