He must register under a false name and kill a cardinal near the Peter Pan statue in Kensington Gardens. After the kill, Kathleen and Jake travel back to Tampa Florida. He receives a call that he killed the wrong cardinal. Now the search is on for the right target while he searches for Renee Lambert a missing woman.
The book has a steady pace, the characters are developed, and it is written in the first-person point of view. The book is full of twists and turns that leaves you guessing until the end. If you like a action and adventure books, this would be a great choice.
This was a great installment to the Jake Travis series and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Due to the fantastic writing, I found this book very difficult to put down. The author is a masterful storyteller.
Many thanks to Mason Alley Publishing and to NetGalley for providing me with a galley in exchange for my honest opinion.
