I enjoyed the push and pull between the hero and heroine, but I felt like the author held back some of the intense emotion. I wish they had a bit of a stronger reaction

Corin and Beckett meet in a support group for people with heart related issues. Beckett has recently had brush with death and Corin is constantly aware of her mortality after losing both her parents at a young age. Although quite predictable, this was an easy read. It wrapped up a bit too quickly in the end for me and felt a bit rushed. I would definitely pick up another book by this author in the future.

A surprisingly quick read that will tug at your heartstrings. I particularly enjoyed the way A. Meredith Walters wrote both Corin and Beckett, they felt so real and not at all two-dimensional.

An easy-to-read contemporary book with a lot of heart in it and characters that really pull at your own emotional heartstrings. This book deals with a lot such as health struggles and health anxiety such as hypochondria. A good read for someone who wants something that is quick to read but also a book that packs a punch at the same time.

I love A. Meredith Walter's writing and she really brings it with 'Butterfly Dreams'. This is a gorgeous and beautifully written story that is also heartbreaking and raw. I love emotional reads and I adored Corin and Beckett so much. Beckett was so swoony and sweet and I couldn't have loved him more. This was a 5 star win for me. Highly recommend!

“Stop thinking about your life in increments. Seconds. Minutes. Days. Look at the bigger picture and embrace whatever time you have. Don’t look constantly toward the end. Enjoy the right now.”
Holy Moly! This book was so emotional with a beautiful and powerful message!

I was a little disappointed by this story of Corin and Beckett. They were both good characters, but Corin was frustrating at times. I felt for Beckett, with his heart problems. The storyline was interesting, but a bit melodramatic. This one had a good premise, but didn't quite live up to the potential it had.

What a deliciously written, skillfully paced novel! Readers are blessed with characters that are absolutely beyond compelling and the plot sticks with you even after you're finished. Will be reading again!

I have tried and tried and tried to connect with this book. I am a great fan of A. Meredith Walters writing but I have had such trouble connecting with this story. I am not sure if its the premise itself, the style of writing in this story, or just the characters themselves, but I unfortunately can not connect with this book.

Main character Corin was so interesting to me. I had never read a book where the character was so afraid of everything that could possibly lead to her death. The different storylines blended together pretty well too. The plot was a bit slow at times but nothing too distracting.
