I never downloaded this one. It's stuck in my profile, hurting my ranking. I have tried to get it removed since I never downloaded it (or requested it) to no avail.

I enjoyed this super short story that tells the story of Noah and Piper. Theirs was a second chance at love romance, and I liked watching how they came back together after so much time apart. These characters were likable, and the storyline was sweet and entertaining. I liked the Echo Lake setting and winter backdrop.

This is a quick short story set in Echo Lake. Noah Drake comes back for a visit after being away for seven years. He is a travel writer and adventurer. Piper Bellini has still not got over him leaving seven years ago even though she told him to leave because she could not see him hurt like he was at the time. Now all of these years later they end up spending a day together shopping for his family and talking. After they get snowed in the next day on their way back to Echo Lake she comes to face with her biggest fear and now must tell Noah how her parents died and the reason why she could not then or now follow him. A wonderful story about love and finding or facing your fears and moving forward. The characters are all good and this is a fast read.
