2,100 Asanas is a must have for any yoga practitioner. It has details on every pose you could possibly think of. There is a picture for each pose and also information on modifications. The book also contains information on poses that help with certain conditions -like which are best to practice if you had a headache. There is information which poses to avoid if you have particular injuries. The book contains over 700 pages of material to help you in your yoga practice!

Wow, they really weren't kidding when they said "the complete yoga poses" - this book is chock full of yoga poses and even has a helpful guide to identify which ones will work what parts of your body/spirit you are trying to work, progresses from easy to difficult, and is broken down into different sections of the type of poses. I also really appreciate how it includes modified versions to help people of all abilities find comfort and joy in yoga. I will be referring to this for a long, long time since I am just a beginner in yoga and only familiar with the most basic of poses. I ended up buying a physical copy - holding a physical copy should be considered strenuous exercise!
Note: I received a free copy of this book from NetGalley. I was not compensated in any other fashion for the review and the opinions reflected below are entirely my own. Special thanks to the publisher and author for providing the copy.

I absolutely LOVED this book. I love how they have the "yoga"name and how to progress with it and picture. It broken down great for any yoga lover or if you are just beginning.

I would love to have this book. I liked the introduction section and the fact that each pose was labeled with the chakras it affects. However, if I had this book, I wouldn’t know how to make one pose flow into another. More advice there would be extra helpful.
