I don't often go with 5 stars, but the information in this book is so valuable, how could I not? Martin Lindstrom offers so many keen observations about people and their behavior, I was amazed. I am fascinated by the tips and tricks he revealed, and can think of so many uses for this amazing, conversational book. I really appreciated that I never felt lectured, and I always felt Mr. Lindstrom really knew his topic. This book belongs on so many shelves; business, marketing, human resources, anyone that needs to know how to accurately read people and predict behavior.
