I am a fan of the series and thought this prequel was excellent. Great sense of place (I love Iceland), good story, solid characters, a slow burn with a touch of history of the blue lagoon and American military base in Iceland. I know there is another early Erlunder in the series, I hope to be able to get an English translation of that soon.
