I found that the romance was insta-lovey but at least the chemistry was palpable and the connection established. I would have loved a bit more character development and connection, but with only 70+ pages, the length of the story didn't lend itself for that. I did find that the romance read a little predictable and cliched, but the story was good and entertaining overall.

Sand and Sin by Dani Jace is a good new take on two people falling for each other when they are down on their luck and really need each other. Sweet story. Good characters.
