Can anyone tell me why I waited so long to read One King's Way? On Dublin Street is one of my favorite romance series and it was so, so good to visit that world again. If I'm being totally honest, I didn't really remember Craig when I started reading. (Cut me some slack, it's been years since I read this series.) I think this helped because I didn't have any preconceived notions about him going in, unlike some other readers said they did.
One King's Way was a really good novella. It was a quick, easy and sexy read. I liked both Craig and Rain and enjoyed the progression of things between them. Their story had a nice mix of feels and sexiness. As you might have guessed, I loved seeing some of my On Dublin Street series favorites again. Do you know what this novella really made me want to do? You guessed it. Reread the entire series again. I own all the audiobooks so that just might have to happen.

I'm a messy paradox of a woman and it's going to take a certain guy who can deal with all that. Not a one-night-stander.
Craig is a one night stand man. A realist. Rain wants a man to think the world of her. A romantic. This is a novella, so their story moves quick, but not horribly so. The time line is overall fitting and the push and pull made it realistic. I could see these characters as my friends. I wanted to join them for a pint, or a glass of wine. There were swoon worthy moments along with moments of intense frustration and hurt. Craig's realization of watching one while they sleep had me in tears. We get appearances from some of our favorites in previous Dublin Street installments. I look forward to future Dublin Street novels to catch more of Craig and Rain.
Thank you so much for the opportunity to review this titles. Unfortunately this story didn't work for me at this time. As I didn't finish the book I won't be reviewing. I've adored this authors work in the past and it pains me that this one didn't work at this time. Again, thank you so much.
