I did put a copy of Love Blind by C. Desir & Jolene Perry in my classroom. I book talked it and had a small group of students who chose to create a book club around it. I appreciated Desir's plot and character development. I would have liked to see more descriptive writing to use as a mentor text, but I'd still recommend the book for students.
