Enjoyable summer read.
Linny, 38, is twice widowed - few years ago her first husband got bitten by a spider, and recently her whirlwind romance with a second husband had ended with him being found dead with a young lover in the motel. And his debts are now hers, too.
Sunsequently, Linny got fired.
Heartbroken, the only home she can afford is her mother's older RV.
But Linny has also a lot of going for her - the love of her family and friends, her newfound puppy, the growing courage to find her own path. And there is this handsome veterinian, too.
This chick lit is chick-litty, but not stupid. Actualy, there is some depth hidden, and Linny herself is not an airhead. Quite realistic read, which I love to have. Another plus is that this quite a clean read (not fan of a cheap erotic romances).
Sure, it belongs to the cozy category. But still, there is some maturity here. And lots of warm. A good beach novel, I would say.
I have quite enjoyed reading this novel.
