This is an enjoyable English cozy mystery but not the author's best. Jude and Carol are back solving a murder in Feathering after they find a dead body washed up on the beach. The book and investigation moves along slowly. Jude and Carol both have other interests in this book so their full attention is not on the investigation. The author does a very good job with small English town background and the characters that live there. In this one the closing of Polly's Tea Room provides the backdrop. The characters and fun and the mystery is good. I did like some of the twists and the way all the stories are wrapped up. Enjoy this pleasant visit to Feathering.
