Another Maxwell great. I loved this book because it did tackle tough questions on Leadership. It created an awareness to some blindspots I had in my leadership and in other spots it allowed me to change the narrative to the story on what I told myself to get unstuck.

This book was simple, yet profound. John Maxwell didn't necessarily teach me anything new, but he reminded me of many things that I knew and needed to implement in my leadership life.

If you are a leader, you will find many challenges in your path. This book its a good tool to overcome some challenges in your way. Maxwell has a lot of experience in leadership. A good book, no doubt.

First time reading this author and enjoyed this book. I recommend it.
