In Wickedly Powerful, we meet the third of the three Baba Yagas watching over North America.

Bella's power, or abilities all revolve around fire, so it is not unlikely to see her helping to put out forest fires, or just living in her trailer in the woods. As soon as I read "red hair" in the blurb, I knew we were dealing with fire. In fact, there are a lot of heroines I read about are gingers... I wonder why that is.

Anyway, back to the book. Because of the fires her temper or feelings trigger, she has isolated herself. Just like our hero. He is isolating himself for a different reason, it just seems appropriate that the two come together.

There seems to be more than just forest fires going on that Bella is battling. She gets a surprise visitor that her cat seems more than happy to welcome, and she also gets included in the search for a few missing Riders.

I really loved Bella. The strong, spunky heroines are always my favorite. Her Prince Charming was a little on the weak side for me. He pulls it together in the end, but he just didn't feel like Bella's match. He definitely deserves the surprise he gets.

When all comes together it ends up being a big surprise all the way around. Threads are ended, and Bella goes back to her Baba Yaga life. Since there are only the three of them, and they have all had their HEA's, my guess is, their stories are over. We move on with the Riders which I think are going to be really interesting. It's hard not to get pulled in to the tortured male.

This series was really fun. I enjoyed that the Baba's all have their animal/dragons and how they help and contribute to the story. This world was full of mystery, excitement and some good humorous moments. I definitely recommend!
