Genuinely excellent collection of stories. Felt like something wild had been captured for a moment—each clever, each surprising, and each immensely satisfying. I had two favorites, though I truly enjoyed each one: “And the world was crowded with things that meant love” and “the men and women like him” were really something else. The novella was an interesting addition, I wasn’t expecting it but found it a good add where it sat. Sparks really shines in the short story form. And to top it all off, Sparks is a DC resident? Very very cool. Wowow
