(Mom's note, we just found the notebook where he wrote this review, so better late than never!)

On Friday the 13th, a boy named Nate does three dumb things. Nate is a genius so Friday the 13ths are his days to try out the impossible. This time, he makes his cat giant and invisible. But his cat escapes and is terrorizing the city.

Nate has to have his friend Delphine help him solve his problem and battle the Red Death Tea Society at the same time. Can they stop the cat before more damage is done? And will the Red Death Tea Society stop them first?

This book was very funny, especially that the cat is huge and invisible. The series seems like it will be great for boys and girls and I can't wait to read more about Nate and Delphine's adventures.
