This is a collection of living mindfulness written by various authors. I recognize so many of the contributors and knew this book would be a wealth of knowledge. Some of the articles include exercises and meditations. I love the breathwork exercises and find them so relaxing. I especially liked the article by Danielle MacKinnon about pets helping us live in the moment. It just goes to show we do not have to work alone to reach our mindfulness goal.

For years I have been working on being more mindful and have practicing meditation almost daily. This book is so complete and there is bound to be something for everyone. I highly recommend this book to anyone interested in mindful living. It is a life changer.
