Ryder's romantic suspenses are either hit or miss for me. I like the way she weaves a story, but in this case I could not stand the special ops hero, Mercer. The suspense and relationship between he and Zoe were far less compelling than with other characters in the book who weren't central to THIS book's plot.

I was given a copy of this by the publisher for an honest review. This is the first book I have read by this author. It was very enjoyable. It did not hit in my top military romance books. But the story did have suspense which I love. There was also lot of hot sex.

Sexy alpha and member of an elite special ops team, Mercer, is sent to seduce the sister and the daughter of two highly decorated military service men in the hopes to uncover the leak that has caused military personnel to lose their lives.

The chemistry explodes between Mercer and his target Zoe, but will he find the traitor before more lives are lost. The clock is ticking…

Uber Alphas, erotically charged sexual encounters liberally steamed up the pages in the first of the Unbroken Heroes Series, Dangerous To Know.

Dangerous to Know contained a strong plot, intriguing characters and emotionally charged situations that kept me highly interested in the outcome.

The plot possibilities and what ifs coming to fruition through the dynamics that are being playing out between the secondary characters are something I won't want to miss. This is a series that I will happily follow.
