I Dream of Dragons by, Ashlyn Chase is a hot and steamy read! It is the first novel in the Boston Dragons Series. I loved reading about the ever passionate couple Rory and Amber! Their wills battle and chemistry sizzles right off the page. Who would've thought a dragon would be so hot?!

I received this from Netgalley in exchange for an honest review. This book took me forever to get into. Once I finally got past the first chapter or so it picked up. The story ended up being pretty good. It was a fun read. I just wasn't over the moon about it. The book was a little spastic at times and made it hard to figure out what was going on. Just wasn't a huge fan.

What could be more disastrous than following your high school boyfriend to college only to have him tell you he no longer loves you. Depressing and sets you up for a crash, right? This is what happens to Ethan and he schemes to get his boyfriend Blake back. Until he meets Blake’s roommate Wyatt.
At first Ethan tries to use Wyatt to spy on Blake but as time goes by he falls for Wyatt instead. Ethan, whose POV carries this story, begins thinking less and less about Blake and more and more about Wyatt. But can he get Wyatt to feel the same way?
Wyatt, whose POV we never quite capture, is a loner and a kind of shadowy character. Wyatt is not fitting in entirely into the college scene but the reasons for that are not clear initially.
Part of Ethan’s small coterie of friends are Makayla and Conner, who are good enough friends to Ethan to let him know when he’s off track.
This is clearly a character-driven story and boy do these characters drive it. I loved them very much and was rooting for Ethan and Wyatt from the first time they met. The sex is hot and the men are hotter. This is a long novella or a short novel and the timeline for relationship building seemed a bit compressed. Even so, I enjoyed the story very much.

I really liked this one. Rory is a strong leader for his family. When they are kicked out of their family home and made to never be able to come back by some leprechauns, Rory is determined to find a way to fix it. Amber is a flight attendant who wants to change jobs and runs into a rather peculiar passenger on her last flight. Strange events lead to both Rory and Amber vying for the same apartment and neither willing to give in, but it is possible that there is more attraction between them than anything else.
I do love to read a book with an Irish accent! These dragons are hot and I am loving the stories. Rory is such a good man and strong leader that I adore him. Amber is stubborn and cunning in her own way. I love that both of Rory's sisters are willing to do anything for him. The leprechauns made me cringe and cracked me up at the same time. I loved the reaction the new dragons had to there being so many different paranormal 'species'.
It was a 4/5 for me. I like the series.
