When I read the synopsis, I was intrigued. Unfortunately, it didn't totally work out for me. No tension like I hoped there would be. The book had potential, I just struggled with it. I felt no real connection to either of the characters nor in their relationship, and couldn’t sympathize with them at all. Also, I felt at times the author gave too much description. I felt as though much of the descriptive parts could have been done with fewer words.
