Shadow Rites is book 10 in the Jane Yellowrock series. This was an awesome addition to this series. I was captivated to the pages till the end of the book.
Jane is still in New Orleans. This time she and her friends are trying to keep the peace in New Orleans, but the witches aren't making that an easy task for them. Jane has also been allowing a romantic relationship bloom with a specific guy.
Jane gets attacked with magic and she needs to find out who attacked her and keep her family safe from the evil that is out to see her dead. Jane will do whatever it takes to keep her family safe.
To find out what happens go grab your copy of Shadow Rites.
I give Shadow Rites 5 stars and I highly recommend this series to anyone who is into the paranormal with the Native American twist to it. With every novel in this series Jane is becoming my most favorite character in the series. I love how she is strong and independent but knows when she needs the help of her friends. She is finally finding a place in the world for her and Beast. I love Jane and Molly's friendship aka family. I can't wait for the next installment of this series.

I drew the proverbial line in the sand with SHADOW RITES as it was the third installment in which the European vamp counsel was a no show. I love this series, and I fully intend to get current when the aforementioned Euro vamps arrive, but for now my mental health is calling a temporary quits.
