I first fell in love with Cara McKenna's writing with the Willing Victim, so when I saw this series I was eager to read it.

"You're twat-deep in the rando-fucking phase," Bree pointed out, " and I dare you to complain."

Clare meets Mica who opens her up to many possibilities, especially when it comes to sex where he convinces her to have a threesome with his roommate Vaughn.

"You are . . . You are insanely good at that. You must really like doing it."
"I like sex," he said simply.
"I'll do anything,"

This should have been a fun experience but Vaughn has a crush on Clare and it changes things. While Clare likes Mica.

"So she likes me, and you like her. Feels like there's a missing link this chain."

It was an unconventional love story, with passion and friendship. It was open and honest. I liked all the characters and I thought it was well written.

Thank you so much for the opportunity to read and review this title. Unfortunately in this instance,I didn't connect to the story. As I didn't finish reading, I will not be reviewing this title. Many thanks and I do look forward to picking up another read from this author as I've enjoyed a lot of her previous work.
