“Calliou, Easter Egg Surprise” is an illustrated Caillou story from author Kim Thompson. Children are sure to enjoy this fun and festive tale featuring classic Caillou characters, including his sister, Rosie, and his grandparents. This is the perfect little Easter treat to read, with the help of a parent or older friend. The kind and loving relationship between Caillou and Rosie is a feature of this novel. I highly recommend this book to fans of Caillou, or to those looking for a secular Easter story to enjoy.

This book is perfect for new readers. It's definitely geared towards young kids. It was a super short book, and taught kids to be patient. Caillou was being patient because his sister was sleeping so he decided to wait to look for eggs. This book was super short.

This would be a good Easter Basket book. I probably wouldn't put it in a library because of the moving bits, although it could work well since it doesn't seem to have a lot. But it was a lot of fun to read even without being able to actually move the bits on the computer.
