This book had a lot of pros and cons. One big down fall of the story was the over use in the dialogue. I was sick of Mr Baldi complaining about his ex wife over and over again. It was the same thing every couple of pages. Alice was a flimsy female who clung to anyone who showed her a bit of attention. Not the best bbw character. She came across as weak, a push over and a complete ditz. I would loved there being more focus on the actual nanny part and have the daughter move involved. After all that's the reason Alice was hired. You don't get to see the bond she has with the daughter. You just read about Lorenzo blackmailing her to being his fiancé for the weekend. And magically (cue the eye rolls) he doesn't notice Alice until he sees her naked. This is frustrating as hell! I won't be reading this author again.

Alice is the nanny for Lorenzo's daughter, Cara. As soon as I read the synopsis, I had to request it.
Alice had been working for Lorenzo for a year and has had a crush on him for just as long. The attraction was already there, so it was easy to believe they fell in love. With everything going on in their lives, I was so curious to see how they were going to overcome their obstacles.
I was expecting a bit more from the story. The ending is similar to many I have read. Pretty predictable.
I did enjoy and made me smile at times.
