An interesting little book that gives you all sorts of information for keeping yourself on a strictish calorie-controlled diet. Helps you make smarter choices when you are out and about which is where most people falter when trying to lose weight/ be healthier.
This book helps you pick the healthiest choice out of not-so-great choices. Everyone knows that making food from scratch at home (where you know everything about the food and what is in it) is the best option, but who has time to do that for every single meal, and never eat anywhere else? This book helps pick among those second-best options -- I like it!
