Well written, well laid out book. Albert Navarra walks step-by-step through all of the elements of successful arguing. He is very clear that arguing in the classical sense is not what popular culture means by arguing. It is about building a case, and presenting your case in a way that convinces others that your point of view is correct.. It is civil practice of laying out the evidence, and refuting any false positions,
I'm not a fan of the way the book was formatted. It is a lot of very short "chapters", some less than one page long. I understand why it is laid out the way it is, but for me i made the book seem much longer than it actually was. That being said, overall the book was easy to read, and it is packed full of very useful information that can be put into practice right away.
I recommend this book to anyone that is in a position where they need to persuade others.
