Everyone should read this book. Using diaries and newspaper accounts of what happened to two free African American sisters that were kidnapped and taken into slavery. The historical ramifications of the trials and what happened to these girls is intense reading. Good book. Well done and well worth the read. History of slavery is an interesting and profound subject for reading. Would recommend!
