Lots of play on words and James does work his way through his problem with his mother, but I don't think it would have much appeal to elementary school readers. I felt that it moved slowly through the plot, bogged down at times. The author was was creative in his clever use of words as support pieces of the story: searching for Epiphany, climbing Mt. Impossible, the Leap of faith.
