3 out of 5 stars. While inspiring romance author, Kellie, attends a convention in Las Vegas, she meets hot "bad boy" biker Quinn. During their whirlwind time together they both learn the true meaning of love at first sight, but is it enough to keep their "relationship" going once the convention is over?

Okay. I really struggled with this novel. Not because I didn't enjoy its plot or like Quinn and Kellie. I liked all of that. What had me cringing was Kellie's "best friend," Brae, who was in about 65% of the scenes in this novel. Brae never felt genuine to me, and because of her antics, I considered giving up on this novel a few times. YET, I am glad I stuck with it as Quinn and Kellie's HEA was very sweet.

Nevertheless, because of the main couple, I do recommend this novel to those looking for a very quirky contemporary comedic romance.

Received an ARC from NetGalley for an honest review.

Well this was a fun little read! Kelli is trying to save her children's bookstore while also breaking into the writing business. Quinn is a guy running his own bike shop, trying to make ends meet - or is he? Their little meet-cute takes place when Kelli slams on the brakes and Quinn rear ends her. Before you know it, he's helping her save face with a "best friend" (who's actually terrible) and the two end up in a fake relationship longer than planned.

I really liked this one. I liked that while emotions were going crazy and they both were obviously very attracted to one another, Stanley gave them time to percolate and really get ready.

I really enjoy this romance readers convention series...it's super cute and fun.

So I was in two minds about this book. I wanted to love it just from the blurb but I struggled. I jumped in expecting so much and was kind of let down. The story was a good one just not very strong and left me scratching my head wondering what I missed.
