I received this free eARC novel from NetGalley. This is my honest review.

This has been on my TBR pile for so long, and I'm glad I finally got around to it. I really enjoyed the storyline and seeing the characters change throughout the story was a great character development. The plot was great and kept my attention. I'm glad I got the chance to read this and will be on the lookout for more in the future!

Never Missing, Never Found by Amanda Panitch

The creepy amusement park setting was really, really cool. I wish I liked Scarlett more, but her attitude turned me off. Her interactions with other characters were off putting. She's just not a nice person. I didn't see the twist coming at all, so that was a pleasant surprise! Overall, entertaining but I probably would have DNFed because of Scarlett if there hadn't been an intriguing mystery to keep me going.

The story alternates to the past when Scarlett was abducted and now the present as she's working in an amusement park. The park setting is so creepy. Once I got over halfway through I could not put it down. I did not know what was real or not but I didn't want to stop until I knew the truth of the past.

Finished this ages ago but forgot to rate it! Loved the twist! This was very fast-paced book that will grip you from start to finish. I had so many guesses about what was going on and I was completely wrong. The end was really great and made me kick my rating up from four to five stars. Look forward to reading more from the author. This story was an exciting read and kept me turning the pages. I definitely was surprised by its conclusion and a bit shocked as well--this made it an enjoyable reading experience!

Kidnapped as a young girl and kept captive, Scarlett still carries the stigma of what happened to her. Her sister has never really embraced her after her return. Scarlett is now a teen, with a summer job at an amusement park, and looks forward to a summer of fun, friends and maybe even a boyfriend.

Then a girl goes missing. And one of her coworkers seems to know some things that only one other person ever knew, the girl who Scarlett had to kill to escape her childhood captors.

Very interesting book. Never read this author before and liked the cover so I thought I'd give it a shot. I thought the author was able to spin the story well but I just wasn't feeling the whole park thing. I will read the next book that comes out and hope I will like it better.
