An interesting look at leadership and management through the lens of Disney. I think some of the concepts are transferrable as long as they are adapted to the operating environment. A good insight.

This was a good read if someone didn't have any business and management background.

I thought that this was a really good book. It has some good philosophies and enabled me to have a greater understanding about the strategies used within Disney and how this can be used in other organisations if they follow the - Dream. Believe. Dare. Do. approach that Disney have embodied.
